So I got news from Andrew when he came home on Tuesday... He had a doctors appointment and found out that he is now DQed from Submarines, due to his kidney stone he got over Thanksgiving last year... Hmmp. I asked him how he felt about it and he said it wasn't really sure. So looks like he will be on a carrier now ---> hello Washington, California, or Virginia! PRAYER FOR CALI =D but I will be happy with where ever we end up, as long as I am with my husband <3 Carrier means more communication too - YES... longer deployments though, but when he is home from deployments he won't be sent out again for a year and a half. So I guess I am okay with that - being a military wife is being able to put up with whatever the government wants to do. On the bright side, Obama announced that he is going to start pulling troops from over seas. That is good to hear, I am sure they would finally like to come home and see their family after something like being over there. I know my friend Sabrina is going to happy to see her Marine again =)
Andrew had a Physics test yesterday, both were nervous on what he would get since it is not his best subject. But HE PASSED! So glad that he is doing good in Power School (which is the hardest part of the schooling) I am very proud of my husband. I got to finally have lunch with him yesterday too! I enjoyed that a lot. But not much really going on in the next few days... He has a text next week, so hopefully that goes well too so his hours will stay down and we can then have a good long Fourth of July weekend =) Hoping my brother will be able to come down, or maybe we will just go to the beach and relax in the fun...

3 months down
Three months ago today I married my Mr. Wonderful, weird right? Yeah I know, but I couldn't be any happier. March 19th, 2011 was the the most amazing day in my entire life. Never did I imagine myself married at age 20, or even married to someone in the military - crazy how things end up <3 I am grateful each day that he puts up with me, I don't know how he does it HAHAHA.
Life is just perfect for me right now... I got two jobs; a Nanny for two "wonderful" kids and still have my Bath and Body Works job as a sales associate. I have a roof over my head and a husband to wake up next to every morning. What more could I ask for? Although I miss my family and friends back at home very much, but that's growing up ya know. I know they are happy for me, and I just can't wait to see them again! Soon enough though, soon enough =] Hopefully Andrew's best friends come down over Fourth of July weekend and my sister-in-law is able to come down mid July! Trying to go home sometime too, maybe August? But until then, I get to keep myself busy down here. Since it's just the schooling phase for Andrew, it isn't so bad. Although I only get to see him for a couple hours a day. He wakes up at 4:30 in the morning and doesn't get home till about 9 at night sometimes. But I am used to it - I just enjoy being with him period. I know it is going to get harder though once he has to go on a deployment. We will get through it though, we are strong enough. But we still have about a year until that happens, so no need to worry now. We do talk about where we would like to be stationed though, COME ON CALIFORNIA =D hopefully his kidney stone problem he had won't jeopardize his chances for being on a Submarine. But whatever happens, happens. I have met some wonderful people down here, the guys are just hilarious and the other Navy wives are great! I do hear about a lot of drama though, and it makes it seem like I am back in high school. Pretty glad that Andrew and I decided to live off base. Only down side to it is that I am not allowed to have a puppy yet =[ it's okay though... I am not dying.
Well today has been a lazy day for me. Woke up and made breakfast for Andrew and I, watched some movies, did some laundry, and we grocery shopping. Now just waiting till Andrew gets home from studying/watch. But guess it's time to go start dinner, season chicken and rice YUMMM =]
Tootles everyone! <3
